Privacy Policy
Effective June 9, 2026. This policy explains how Syck Interactive handles store data.
Data We Store
We store account identifiers, Discord username, purchase records, payment status, download records, license acceptance, license fingerprints, seller profile details, reviews, suggestions, and admin enforcement actions needed to operate the store.
Why We Store It
We use this data to authenticate users, deliver purchases, enforce license terms, review seller applications, prevent unauthorized resale, process support requests, and maintain store security.
Payment Data
Robux and PayPal purchase records may include product IDs, buyer IDs, seller IDs, transaction IDs, prices, status, and timestamps. Do not submit sensitive payment credentials through Syck Interactive.
License Enforcement
Downloads may include license fingerprints tied to the buyer account and purchase record. If a product is leaked or resold without permission, these records may be used to revoke access or support takedown requests.
Third Parties
The site may use Discord authentication, PayPal, Roblox payment flows, Resend email, Vercel analytics, GitHub-backed storage, and external download hosts. Their own policies may also apply.
Requests
Users may contact Syck Interactive to ask about their account, purchases, or enforcement status. Some records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or license enforcement.
License restrictions are described in the Terms of Service.
